The purpose of the {Nvim} hint was not well-defined, and its usage
inconsistent.  It's also unnecessary.

Nvim-Vim differences are centralized at:

Removed things are centralized at:
    :help deprecated
Developer guidelines for documentation are listed at:
    :help dev-doc
