Refactor API types and prototypes
- Split functions with multiple files in the 'api' subdirectory
- Move/Add more types in the 'api/defs.h' header
- Add more prototypes
- Refactor scripts/msgpack-gen.lua
- Move msgpack modules to 'os' subdirectory
