It is otherwise impossible to determine which test failed sanitizer/valgrind
check. test/functional/helpers.lua module return was changed so that tests which
do not provide after_each function to get new check will automatically fail.

Problem: ":tabmove" does not work as documented.
Solution: Make it work consistently. Update documentation and add tests.

- use eval() and eq() in many places instead of writing to the buffer
- remove has('autocmd') checks and use corresponding code unconditionally as
neovim always has the autocmd feature
- split the test into several it() blocks
