Problem: test_writefile and test_viml do not delete the tempfile.
Solution: Delete the tempfile. (Charles Cooper) Add DeleteTheScript().

It is otherwise impossible to determine which test failed sanitizer/valgrind
check. test/functional/helpers.lua module return was changed so that tests which
do not provide after_each function to get new check will automatically fail.

Problem: Cannot append a list of lines to a file.

-Tests for mapping and signs from the original patch were removed since
they have nothing to do this with feature
Tested with: make oldtest, make test on OS X.
