The 'termsync' option enables a mode (provided the underlying terminal
supports it) where all screen updates during a redraw cycle are buffered
and drawn together when the redraw is complete. This eliminates tearing
or flickering in cases where Nvim redraws slower than the terminal
redraws the screen.

Problem: Peeking and flushing output slows down execution.
Solution: Do not update the mode message when global_busy is set. Do not
flush when only peeking for a character. (Ken Takata)

Problem:
Since right-click can now show a popup menu, we can provide messaging to
guide users who expect 'mouse' to be disabled by default. So 'mouse' can
now be enabled by default.
Solution:
Do it.

- remove redundant autocmd list
This "grouped" list is useless, it only gets in the way when searching
for event names.
- intro.txt: cleanup
- starting.txt: update, revisit
- doc: `:help bisect`
- mbyte.txt: update aliases 1656367b90bd. closes #11960
- options: remove 'guifontset'. Why:
- It is complicated and is used by almost no one.
- It is unlikely to be implemented by Nvim GUIs (complicated to parse,
specific to Xorg...).

Since "nvim_get_option" is executed on the tui thread as a C function
instead of msgpack-rpc, it accesses global variables that may change on the
main thread.

Autocmds may close window while it is being entered, then
win_set_minimal_style(wp) operates on an invalid pointer.
We could silently ignore this instead, but it is unlikely to be
intentional, so it is more useful to show an error.

It is perfectly fine and expected to detach from the screen just by
the UI disconnecting from nvim or exiting nvim. Just keep detach() in
screen_basic_spec, to get some coverage of the detach method itself.
This avoids hang on failure in many situations (though one could argue
that detach() should be "fast", or at least "as fast as resize",
which works in press-return already).
Never use detach() just to change the size of the screen, try_resize()
method exists for that specifically.

The test.functional.helpers and test.unit.helpers modules now include
all of the public functions from test.helpers, so there is no need to
separately require('test.helpers').

- Because it looks kinda nice, and provides useful context like 1 out of 100
times

Some crashes for resizing were unfolded, add tests for those.

Add ext_newgrid and ext_hlstate extensions. These use predefined
highlights and line-segment based updates, for efficiency and
simplicity.. The ext_hlstate extension in addition allows semantic
identification of builtin and syntax highlights.
Reimplement the old char-based updates in the remote UI layer, for
compatibility. For the moment, this is still the default. The bulitin
TUI uses the new line-based protocol.
cmdline uses curwin cursor position when ext_cmdline is active.
