Subject: vim-patch:8.1.2235: "C" with 'virtualedit' set does not include
 multi-byte char

Problem:    "C" with 'virtualedit' set does not include multi-byte char.
Solution:   Include the whole multi-byte char. (Nobuhiro Takasaki,
            closes vim/vim#5152)
