Subject: vim-patch:8.1.2358: tests fail on Cirrus CI for FreeBSD

Problem:    Tests fail on Cirrus CI for FreeBSD.
Solution:   Fix a test and skip some. (Christian Brabandt, closes vim/vim#5281)
