Subject: vim-patch:8.2.3528: 'thesaurus' and 'thesaurusfunc' do not have the
 same scope

Problem:    'thesaurus' and 'thesaurusfunc' do not have the same scope.
Solution:   Make 'thesaurusfunc' global-local.
