Subject: vim-patch:8.2.3454: using a count with "gp" leave cursor in wrong
 position

Problem:    Using a count with "gp" leave cursor in wrong position. (Naohiro
            Ono)
Solution:   Count the inserted lines. (closes vim/vim#8899)
