fix(cmdwin): duplicate line in history
Problem:
After ctrl-f from the cmdline, the last 2 lines of cmdwin are redundant.
Solution:
In `open_cmdwin`, clear the live cmdline so that unwinding it (via
Ctrl_C) does not add it to history.
