fix(multicursor): Visual-mode mapping drops getchar() payload #42324
Problem:
A Visual-mode mapping that reads input (`getchar()`) does not include
that input when cascading to other cursors (they only see ESC). OTOH,
Normal-mode mappings do replay the input.
Solution:
Append the payload to the Visual session's Lua-mapping subatom, and to the
session-ending command (`:<C-u>…` mapping).
