vim-patch:9.2.1174: fixed-sized windows grow when closing other windows (#42314)
Problem: Fixed-size windows are resized when sharing free space to a
group of windows.
Solution: When resizing a group of windows, skip windows with a fixed
size if possible (Aryan).
