fix(core): count silenced beeps in vim_beep()
Problem:
`did_beep` counts silenced beeps from `vim_beep()` callers (Normal-mode
`<Esc>`, Insert-mode `<BS>`), but not from `beep_flush()`. So
a `:silent!` failure cannot (internally) be consistently detected.
This matters for the multicursor cascade and `zq`. `zq` runs its steps
silently, so it needs to count silenced beeps to detect a failed step
(don't retry) from one that didn't move (retry from next char).
Solution:
Count all beeps (silent + non-silent) in `vim_beep()`.
