fix(channel): emit ChanInfo for :detach! #42295
Problem: :detach! changes the channel's detach property without emitting
ChanInfo, so plugins watching channel updates cannot react to changes.
Solution: Schedule ChanInfo after setting detach=true. Add a test
covering emit on :detach!.
