vim-patch:9.2.1158: sourcing a buffer drops the line after 248 bytes (#42194)
Problem: Sourcing lines from a buffer drops the line after one that is
248 bytes long: it is taken for the rest of that line.
Solution: Only read more of a line when reading from a file; a line of
a buffer is taken as a whole (Hirohito Higashi).
