fix(terminal): missing "?" in theme-update sequence #42297
Problem:
With DEC mode 2031 enabled, the terminal sends "CSI 997 ; Ps n" when
background changes. The spec[1] defines the notification as
"CSI ? 997 ; Ps n", same as the reply to "CSI ? 996 n" (which libvterm
already sends correctly). Strict parsers (e.g. opentui) ignore it, so
apps running in :terminal never follow theme changes. Nvim itself
doesn't notice because its TUI accepts 997 DSRs without the marker.
Solution:
Send "CSI ? 997 ; Ps n".
