vim-patch:9.2.1169: getfsize() checks file type twice (#42261)
Problem: getfsize() checks the file type twice.
Solution: Use S_ISDIR macro instead of calling mch_isdir()
(Yasuhiro Matsumoto).
On MS-Windows: 40.8 us -> 26.6 us for a file, 41.1 us -> 25.3 us for
a directory.
