vim-patch:9.2.1147: buffer overflow with composing chars in the higher planes
Problem: MB_MAXBYTES assumes a screen cell holds a three byte character plus
six composing characters of three bytes each, but both can take
more bytes, so utfc_char2bytes() causes an overflow (Yuyao Jiang)
Solution: Raise MB_MAXBYTES to 30: six bytes for the character plus MAX_MCO
composing characters of four bytes each.
