fix(highlight): link TabLine to base highlight group TabLineFill
Problem: the tabline's base highlight that all other highlights inherit from is TabLineFill. Therefore, when only TabLine is customised, one would expect TabLine to inherit unspecified colors/attributes from an unchanged, default TabLineFill. But, in the default theme, TabLine should look exactly like TabLineFill, such that unselected tabs distinguish themselves from the background only by virtue of containing text, which has been solved by linking TabLineFill -> TabLine -> StatusLineNC Therefore, customising TabLine automatically changes TabLineFill, which it inherits from, and both look the same again. Solution: break this circular dependency by linking TabLine -> TabLineFill -> StatusLineNC ref https://github.com/neovim/neovim/issues/41173
