feat(health): async healthchecks #41673
Problem:
:checkhealth blocks as healthchecks perform slow work.
Solution:
Partially fix it: run Lua healthchecks in vim.async tasks and await
vim.health subprocesses. Existing synchronous checks still block
until they leverage the new apis.
