fix(multicursor): {Visual}Q should not move primary cursor #41862
Problem:
`{Visual}Q` moves the primary to the top of the selection, for no
particular reason. And it's inconsistent with `[count]Q`.
Solution:
Keep the primary on the line where the selection ended, aligned to the
shared screen column so it still coincides with that line's cursor.
