vim-patch:9.2.1119: 'fillchars' "vert" does not fall back to the default (#41966)
Problem: When 'fillchars' is set without a "vert" item, the vertical
separator is drawn with a space instead of the documented
default '|' (habamax).
Solution: Use '|' as the internal default for "vert" in
set_chars_option() (Hirohito Higashi).
