fix(filetype): handle short diff and DNS headers
Content detection indexed lines that short files do not have. Check the
available diff and BAAN header lines before matching, and concatenate
only existing DNS header lines. Preserve standalone Bazaar operation
headers even when the multiline forms are incomplete.
