vim-patch:af6f220: runtime(vim): Update base syntax, improve autoload prefix matching (#41945)
- Tighten autoload prefix matching,
e.g., foo#bar#baz
- Disallow erroneously concatenated map special arguments, e.g., :map <bufferexpr> lhs rhs

Skip the hunks to runtime/syntax/generator/vim.vim.base and the testdir
dumps: the generator layout and syntax testdir only exist in Vim; Nvim
keeps the handwritten part in runtime/syntax/vim.vim.
