vim-patch:9.2.1097: 'splitkeep' causes a spurious scroll (#41902)
Problem: When 'splitkeep' is changed after a window was split, the next
layout change moves the cursor unintentionally.
Solution: Also save w_prev_winrow (Rob Pilling).
