fix(cmdatom)!: diff-mode "do"/"dp" not captured properly #41982
Problem:
- "do"/"dp" (:diffget/:diffput) clear the "d" operator before
`do_pending_operator()`, so the atom captured only "o"/"p".
- Dot-repeat "." does not repeat do/dp (as in Vim).
Solution:
- Capture the atom (and prep its redo) before the operator is cleared.
- Support dot-repeat for do/dp (diverges from Vim).
