build(vim-patch): faster lookup for vim-patch: commits #42065
- no subshell just for git log
- start lookup for "missing vim-patch: commits" on
commit 38fb83585421c45828a4934fc75f7952b2baf116
- remove "vim-patch:" prefix for keys in "$tokens" array
