fix(multicursor): flicker with ui2 #42090
Problem:
UI clients (such as the builtin "ui2") redraw on 'showcmd' updates. When
multicursor is active this flushes a frame per-cursor during cascade,
which causes:
- flicker
- slow performance
- renders half-applied edits, displaced cursors, Visual selections
without highlights
Solution:
Skip 'showcmd' updates during cascade.
