fix(highlight): adapt bundled color schemes to TabLineFill inheritance
Problem: since #29976, the custom 'tabline' combines all %# highlights
with the base highlight group TabLineFill. Therefore TabLine and
TabLineSel are now reversed in some bundled color schemes when a custom
'tabline' is used.
Since the vim color scheme is used in the tests, it is also necessary to
adapt it in order to make the default C implementation consistent with
the custom tab line.
Solution: add `nocombine`.
