fix(multicursor): empty insert-session adds a no-op undo-state #41979
Problem:
An insert-session (`mc_ins_cascade_start`) saves a preliminary
"covering" undo-entry, to cover all cursors. If the insert-session exits
without changes, that no-op entry remains, requiring an extra "u".
Solution:
Drop the entry at insert-session end if there were no changes.
