refactor(options): simplify option callback arguments
Problem:
Option callbacks carry untyped buffer and window pointers, requiring
casts. Helper arguments also pass unused flags and an error value that
is always NULL when OptionSet is triggered.
Solution:
Use typed pointers in optset_T and remove the redundant arguments and
checks. Clarify that sandbox assignments also affect option security.
