fix(cmdatom): edit-repeat mapping #41564
Problem:
The "." example mapping at `:h edit-repeat` doesn't work well with
`nvim_feedkeys(…, 'mt', false)`.
Solution:
Use `vim.b[ev.buf].maxseq` instead of `undotree()`.
