vim-patch:9.2.1196: NFA literal matches miss characters with different case-folded widths
Problem: NFA literal matches miss characters with different case-folded
widths, including when retrying after a failed suffix match.
Solution: Advance past the actual input character in both paths and test
string and buffer searches (Volodymyr Chernetskyi).
