fix(prompt): heap-buffer-overflow in prompt_setprompt
Problem: prompt_setprompt may check the wrong buffer, which can lead to a
heap-buffer-overflow.
Solution: don't use curbuf.
Also replace all kCallbackNone initializers with CALLBACK_INIT.
