This reverts commits:

Several email addresses that are known to be valid caused bounces
due to an issue with my email setup. The previous commits incorrectly
marked these addresses as invalid. So revert the whole thing again.

Problem: filetype: OpenGL Shading Language files are not detected
Solution: detect various file extensions as GLSL filetype, include
indent and syntax script, do no longer recognize '*.comp'
as Mason filetype (Gregory Anders)
