'cursorlineopt' (#41785)
Problem: CursorLineFold and CursorLineSign are only applied when
'cursorlineopt' contains "number" or is "both"
(Evgeni Chasnovski).
Solution: Apply those groups whenever 'cursorline' is set, independent
of 'cursorlineopt' (Vrushali Zampalkar).

Problem: 'cursorlineopt' "screenline" isn't redrawn when moving cursor
and then using line("w0") and :retab that does nothing.
Solution: Call redraw_for_cursorcolumn() when setting a valid w_virtcol
(zeertzjq).

Problem: CTRL-A does not work properly with the cmdline popup menu.
Solution: Fix issues with CTRL-A. Add more tests for the cmdline popup
menu. Remove TermWait() before VeriryScreenDump(). Refactor the

Problem: Tests using term_wait() can still be flaky.
Solution: Increase the wait time when rerunning a test. (James McCoy,
closes vim/vim#5899) Halve the initial times to make tests run faster
when there is no rerun.

The new oldtest directory is in test/old/testdir. The reason for this is
that many tests have hardcoded the parent directory name to be
'testdir'.
