Subject: vim-patch:8.2.2334: Pascal-like filetypes not always detected

Problem:    Pascal-like filetypes not always detected.
Solution:   Improved Puppet, InstantFPC and Pascal detection. (Doug Kearns,
            closes vim/vim#7662)
