Subject: vim-patch:8.2.2524: cannot change the characters displayed in the
 foldcolumn

Problem:    Cannot change the characters displayed in the foldcolumn.
Solution:   Add fields to 'fillchars'. (Yegappan Lakshmanan, Matthieu Coudron,
            closes vim/vim#7860)

Subject: test(old): add a function roughly equivalent to test_setmouse()
 (#20224)

Mouse movement events usually have no effect, so passing "move" to
nvim_input_mouse() works in most cases.
