Subject: vim-patch:8.2.0672: heredoc in scripts does not accept lower case
 marker

Problem:    Heredoc in scripts does not accept lower case marker.
Solution:   Allow lower case only in non-Vim scripts. (Ken Takata,
            closes vim/vim#6019)
