fix(terminal): disable reflow again
reverts https://github.com/neovim/neovim/commit/c855eee919f2d4edc9b9fa91b277454290fbabfe
This setting introduces constant CI failures on macos
(see https://github.com/neovim/neovim/issues/23762).
