vim-patch:8.0.1290: seq_cur of undotree() wrong after undo
Problem: seq_cur of undotree() wrong after undo.
Solution: Get the actual sequence number instead of decrementing the current
one. (Ozaki Kiichi, closes vim/vim#2319)
