vim-patch:9.0.0507: cmdline cleared when using :redrawstatus in CmdlineChanged

Problem:    Command line cleared when using :redrawstatus in CmdlineChanged
            autocommand event.
Solution:   Postpone the redraw. (closes vim/vim#11162)
