vim-patch:8.2.4093: cached breakindent values not initialized properly

Problem:    Cached breakindent values not initialized properly.
Solution:   Initialize and cache formatlistpat. (Christian Brabandt,
            closes vim/vim#9526, closes vim/vim#9512)
