vim-patch:9.0.0679: tests failing with 'smoothscroll', 'number' and "n" in 'cpo'
Problem: Tests failing with 'smoothscroll', 'number' and "n" in 'cpo'.
Solution: Do not count number column in topline if columns are skipped.
