The new oldtest directory is in test/old/testdir. The reason for this is
that many tests have hardcoded the parent directory name to be
'testdir'.

Problem: Scrolling two lines with even line count and 'scrolloff' set.

Problem: ":set scroll&" often gives an error.
Solution: Don't use a fixed default value, use half the window height. Add a
test. (Ozaki Kiichi, closes vim/vim#2104)
