The new oldtest directory is in test/old/testdir. The reason for this is
that many tests have hardcoded the parent directory name to be
'testdir'.

:2,1>
should trigger backwards range error
but it is suppressed for inccomand.
:execute "2,1>"
does not suppress the error.

Problem: No test for Ex shift commands.
Solution: Add a test. (Dominique Pelle, closes vim/vim#4801)
