Move files from src/ to src/nvim/.
- src/nvim/ becomes the new root dir for nvim executable sources.
- src/libnvim/ is planned to become root dir of the neovim library.

Problem: It's not easy to remove duplicates from a list.
Solution: Add the uniq() function. (LCD)

- Process files through unifdef to remove tons of FEAT_* macros
- Process files through uncrustify to normalize source code formatting.
