Test52 does nothing on UNIX. And vim on Windows performs mbyte-conversion
between Unicode and code page using Windows API(See :h mbyte-conversion).
Test52 seems to be testing its functionality. In neovim, the conversion
function by Windows API has been removed. Therefore, there is no point
in doing this test.

Vim creates these scripts in test1 depending on what build features
are enabled so that tests that use these features are skiped if
necessary. Because Neovim only has one type of build (and the features
+eval, +windows, and +multi-byte are enabled in this build) they are
not necessary.

Move files from src/ to src/nvim/.
- src/nvim/ becomes the new root dir for nvim executable sources.
- src/libnvim/ is planned to become root dir of the neovim library.
