Problem: fnamemodify() treats ".." and "../" differently.
Solution: Expand ".." properly like how "/.." is treated in 8.2.3388.

'path/../' (#29667)
Problem: fnamemodify('path/..', ':p') differs from using 'path/../'.
Solution: Include the "/.." in the directory name. (closes vim/vim#8808)

The new oldtest directory is in test/old/testdir. The reason for this is
that many tests have hardcoded the parent directory name to be
'testdir'.
